EntityWise Business Support monitors your compliance requirements, prepares required filings, and keeps your entity in good standing. Our role is to reduce risk, prevent missed deadlines, and help you avoid unnecessary penalties.

State annual renewals and required filings
Annual company minutes

Mail Forwarding and Privacy service
You’ll receive an email confirmation whenever work is completed for your entity.
How Billing Works
Services are billed once per year
Payment is required before work begins
If a payment issue occurs, we’ll contact you right away so your compliance is not interrupted.
What We Need from You
We can only protect your compliance with accurate information. You agree to:
Provide complete and truthful company details
Notify us of ownership or company changes within 30 days
Keep payment information current
Review renewal reminders
Follow address usage rules

Registered Agent Address vs. Mail Forwarding Service
Registered Agent address can only be used with the Secretary of State and is strictly for legal compliance and service of process.
The RA address cannot be used:
As a regular business mailing address
For bank accounts
For personal or package deliveries
If part of the Mail Forward and Privacy Service, the address can be used:
As the mailing address with the Secretary of State
Bank accounts/ IRS
Third-party senders (utility companies, property management groups, etc.)
The Mail Forward address cannot be used:
On websites or social media
Business cards
When ordering from Amazon, Home Depot, etc. The address cannot receive any type of delivery or packages, only letters.
Never put in an address change with the USPS using this address!
Only approved legal and compliance mail is forwarded or scanned. Each entity requires its own service.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel service:
Notice is required 30 days before renewal
No refunds for unused time (regarding RA fees)
You take over all future compliance responsibilities
If payment stops:
Services may pause or cancel
Registered Agent may resign
Your company could fall into delinquent status
Administrative and filing fees may still apply
We want cancellation to be smooth — just communicate early.
Important Compliance Risks
Please understand the following risks:
Incorrect information can trigger federal violations
Missed deadlines may lead to state penalties
Loss of a registered agent can put your entity in default
Each entity is billed separately
